Tasting

Visual: Distinct gold yellow colour, fineness of the bubbles.

Nose: Vegetable and powerful, with evolved and toasted aromas. Ripe and juicy fruits.

Palate: Fresh and vivid. At first taste, a nice softness which leads to a hint of almond and notes of vanilla. Finally, syrupy peaches. Majestic finish.

Ageing: To drink now.

Culinary Suggestions: Ideal with fish. We recommend John Dory with lemoned butter.

Serving Temperature: 10°C

Alcohol Content: 12% by vol.
